Cllrs Margaret Simon and Jacquie Weatherill have responded to residents’ concerns about the pedestrian route connecting Crewe Road with Lear Drive.
Margaret explained:
“A few days ago we had fed in to Cheshire East Highways that people with mobility issues were finding it difficult to use the pathway between Crewe Road, Wistaston and Lear Drive. We’d like to say a big thank you to Highways staff for the quick response and for giving the pathway some attention today.”
As one grateful resident said:
”Absolutely made up, can't thank you enough. He's looking forward to getting out and about and up wells green church as soon as he can ...”
